Who we are

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary medicine that harnesses the power of properly prepared, whole foods and ancestral wisdom to promote optimal wellness. In my practice, I use a comprehensive evaluative protocol to understand how food, nutrients, and lifestyle alterations may act as a healing catalyst to alleviate a spectrum of individual health issues. The recipes I share to support my clients’ health are both nourishing and delicious!

Children’s issues including ASD, ADHD, learning and developmental disorders and allergies are of particular interest to me, as the incidence of these disorders is rising exponentially. As a mother of a young man with ASD, I have had first-hand experience in supporting my youngster from infancy on into adulthood and watching him thrive with appropriate lifestyle and nutritional interventions. I can help improve your child’s quality of life and overall performance with tried-and-true Nutritional Therapy!

For best results, I offer a tailored approach to each client based on his/her bio-individuality resulting in a custom-designed program of diet and lifestyle recommendations. My goal is to methodically uncover the underlying foundational imbalances that are holding you or your child back from attaining perfect wellness.

The digestive tract is a long tube. What one puts in that tube will have a direct effect on a person’s well being. Therefore, we begin to address all diseases by starting there, by healing and sealing the gut with appropriate dietary and lifestyle choices. Individuals with behavioral, psychological and developmental challenges benefit from a targeted protocol, aimed at resetting the microbiome and enhancing digestion and detoxification. I offer one-hour appointments and 3 or 6 week therapy packages for individuals of all ages. Through these sessions, I will teach you the lost art of preparing healing and nourishing meals for you and your family.
